Upon receiving your initial request via email for a Dynamic Content Website or any other website, graphics work, Design Intellect Specialist service, Design Intellect Group will provide you a written (email) quotation for the cost of these works. Your approval of these costs via return email will activate the following terms and conditions.

Design Intellect Group will build your Dynamic Content Website or any other website or graphic design work or SEO plan using, but not limited to, the information including pictures, text you provide us within Design Intellect Group official site build form and/or emails from you.

Design Intellect Group will use images/photos provided by you or will offer images from its library or from the internet. Any image found that are required to be purchased by Design Intellect Group, you will be advised of the cost. Upon your approval, this cost will be an addition to your invoice.

Images and Videos should be properly labeled and of best quality possible. Videos should only be in YouTube or Vimeo, no other formats will be accepted.

Design Intellect Group will create designs for the look-and-feel, layout and functionality of your web site. This agreement includes one main design plus the opportunity for you to make up to two rounds of revisions. If you’re not happy with the designs at this stage, you will pay us in full for all of the work that we have produced until that point and you may either terminate this agreement or continue to commission Design Intellect Group to produce further design revisions at the hourly rate set forth within this scope.

Design Intellect Group will allow you to make three sets of back and forth (edits) to this site based on the information you have provided us with the site build form and prior emails. Any edits that are a result of a mistake by Design Intellect Group are not included in the back and forth emails.

Any additions/changes to the site that have not been provided in the initial information, and changes that are not associated to the original information will be completed at an additional cost per back and forth email.

Design Intellect Group defines an edit as a change that requires no redesign of graphics, layout or additional pages. A change or addition is defined as any action that requires a new graphic design, change of template or layout, or additional pages.

If there will be outside links, such as third party applications or websites, Design Intellect Group holds no responsibility if it won't work well in conjunction with the Dynamic Content Site.

For all Logo or any graphic design work Design Intellect Group will supply an initial design and present that to you within 72 working hours for approval before the design moves to full design creation. The mockup is of a design concept nature and contains minimal content and Design Intellect Group allows you one back and forth email change to this mockup. Upon approval of this mockup, Design Intellect Group will class this as your full approval of the design and will invoice you for the full cost based on the quotation you have agreed to and when that cost has been confirmed as paid, Design Intellect Group will then move to a full design of your logo or any other graphic design works which will be finalized within 3-5 working days. Design Intellect Group will allow you to make one set of back and forth (edits) to this approved design. Any edits that are a result of a mistake by Design Intellect Group are not included in the single back and forth emails.

Any additions/changes to the design that have not been provided in the initial information, and changes that are not associated to the original information or vary the agreed design will be completed at an additional cost of $25 USD per back and forth email.

Design Intellect Group site builds will begin design once a deposit of 50% of the agreed contracted price has been paid. The remaining 50% of the agreed contracted price will be due and payable following the completion of the site . On payment of the remaining 50% of the agreed contracted price (plus any agreed chargeable changes) the site will then be made available to be published at your discretion. Any additional changes will be invoiced separately.

Design Intellect Group will only provide access to the Dynamic Content Site after it has been made live. Any changes made by the client that result to site damages, malfunction, and the likes, will not be a responsibility of Design Intellect Group. We will be able to repair the damage at an additional cost.

All Graphic works created by Design Intellect Group will be watermarked and remain the property of Design Intellect Group until all balances of invoices are paid. 

All Ongoing Site Management Services are to be paid in advance with a new website. Then on a month to month basis after 12 months. Failure of any month to month to payments including site hosting will result in you having 7 days to rectify the payment situation of which you will be notified. If the situation is not rectified within 7 days your services will be suspended.

Design Intellect Group will use email, phone and/or text messaging for any form of communication with you.

Design Intellect Group makes no guarantees that any of its products or services will increase your business, give you page one google ranking, increase revenues or cure Global Warming, the common cold or create world peace.

Design Intellect Group reserves the right to decline projects that have content that is discriminatory, violent or is sexually explicit in nature.

License of Widgets. When you sign up for the Design Intellect Group Widget workshop subscription, you acquire the right to use that item; you're not actually acquiring the item itself. What you get includes a license directly from Design Intellect Group to use that item, and Design Intellect Group is the owner of the Intellectual Property of that item. The item is for use only, it is not to be on sold, lent, rented, given away, gifted you can’t even put it in your will. It is for use for your site only we install the item in. 

All Intellectual Property Rights (including, without limitation, all database rights, rights in designs, rights in know-how, patents and rights in inventions (in all cases whether registered or unregistered and including all rights to apply for registration) and all other intellectual or industrial property rights in any jurisdiction) in any information, content, materials, data or processes contained in or to this website belong to the Design Intellect Group. All rights of Design Intellect Group in such Intellectual Property Rights are hereby reserved.
